The students who passed with course-1, course-2, course-5, course-7, course-8 and got minimum 365 marks can apply for the entrance of academic year 2018-2019 at University of Computer Studies (Dawei). The list of the students who can attend at University of Computer Studies (Dawei) is informed not only on notice-board but also from post-office. The students are suggested to read the guidance and to absorb carefully the executions.
The specialist Degree
The students who attend the second year course in the academic year 2018-2019 can apply for Computer Science or Computer Technology according to their interests. As the procedure of choosing specialist subject can be performed before the deadline, the choice of major is not considered if it is over.
Necessities for Transfer
The two types of students can apply for transfer to the University of Computer Studies (Dawei). The one who have got the least University of Computer Studies (Dawei) entrance mark for the current academic year or the one whose parents or guardian included in the Household List must be the civil servant with transfer order (within one year after registered).
Registration of University Entrance
All the students admitted to the University of Computer studies (Dawei) are required to register at faculty of student affairs. All the necessities for student registration can be checked on the University notice board or can be inquired at student affairs.
Requirements for University Enrollment
- Recommendation from the Police Station (only new student)
- Recommendation from the Head Quarter (only new student)
- Health recommendation from the hospital or public health centre
- Copy of National Identity card
- Copy of household registration card
- Copy of parents National Identity card
- Four passport photos (1″x4″)
Remark: In photos, white T-shirt and white Myanmar tradition dress are allowed to wear. Dying hair colour is not totally allowed.
